• Admission Requirement

Admission Requirements

 

The requirements for admission to first year conform to the standard requirements adopted by all higher educational institutions provided in the manual of Commission on Higher Education Department (CHED).

 

High School Graduates:

 

(1) Graduates from public or recognized private secondary school are eligible for admission to all collegiate courses offered by the PIMSAT Colleges. A high school graduate seeking admission for the first time must present his Form 138 or its equivalent from the school last attended. Submission for original form 138 marked eligible for admission to college and which has not been previously cancelled by any other institution is required. A photocopy of form 138 is not honored. Duplicate of the original form 138 may be honored only if supported by a certification issued by the Principal stating that form 138 has never been release to another institution. No entrance examination is required.

 

(2) Students enjoying educational benefit under the US Veterans Administration of the Philippine Veterans Administration are required to submit to the Registrar their authorization certificate for educational privileges from USVA or PVA. Unless the proper procedures have been complied with, USVA and PVA Scholarship grantees will have to pay their fees personally to PIMSAT College. The fees will be refunded upon the completion and submission of the necessary required papers. They will also comply with the admission requirements prescribed above for high school graduates.

 

(3) Transferee from other school may be admitted by the College upon presentation of the transferee?s academic credentials and certificate of good moral character either from his previous school authorized representative.
